Jimin unloads deep-rooted emotions on “Set Me Free Pt. 2,” the first single from his upcoming debut solo album. Confront The release is scheduled for March 24. The song arrives with a music video that captures the BTS member serving as the centerpiece in an elaborate choreography routine.
The song features hard-hitting beats that lift the singer’s voice as he moves across the screen with a crowd of dancers, all of whom perform in unison as the room flashes in waves of light. “I walked through a maze / Hennessy and the night / Never stop, never stop / Again I repeat / Never stop, fuck all your opps / Free at last” , sings Jimin, standing out from the crowd. For the chorus, he repeats: “Free me”.
“Free Me pt. 2” is the first of six songs Jimin will release on Confrontwhich includes collaborative credits from producers Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, EVAN and bandmate RM.
“Through Face, Jimin will showcase his own musicality with a distinct timbre and impeccable dance performance,” a statement on the record explained, adding that the album will find the singer exploring his “story of facing his true self and to take another leap forward as an artist.”

And I feel like I wasn’t completely ready and confident when we started.
