Moving to ban use of hands free mobiles when driving-experience please

Can any companies share their experiences of moving to a complete ban on the use of mobile phones (i.e. including hands free) when driving?

Many companies mentioned they were considering or were in the process of changing policy. I would be interested to hear how this has gone.
