Question 767 June 2012

Flexible working policy and procedures

During the Olympic period we are offering and encouraging employees to work from home if possible, as disruptions in London are expected to be significant during this time. Basic guidance has been produced for remote and flexible working, but we would like to create a robust policy, procedure, and standard to reinforce this process on more of an official basis. This would cover working from home and travelling (hotels, airports, trains etc), would any members have such a system they could share please.
