Work Sports Events - RIDDOR reporting

Our organisation has organised a work sports event which is carried out in our official lunchtime period. We have had a number of minor injuries (pulled muscles etc) and one health related incident which has resulted in >7 day absence. As this is carried out in a non-work period, and is a purely voluntary sport event should this be reported under RIDDOR?

In the past when I have contacted HSE I have received contrasting answers; I have a view but am interested in those of other members?
