Defibrillators in offices - are you introducing them? (Usefulness of responses rated as 4 out of 5)

We are a large multi-site company of mainly office workers and are considering the introduction of defibrillators around the company buildings. Has any member undertaken (or decided not to undertake) this recently or in the past, based on a risk assessment and cost benefit analysis? What lessons did they learn during the process and what would they do differently if they had the opportunity to do so?
