Back counting for Alcohol and Drugs Levels Testing

If an employee is required to undertake an alcohol or drug test and due (for example)to delays in obtaining a screening test, the
result is a marginal pass, is any view taken on whether the
employee was over the limit earlier in the day subjectively or
objectively, i.e do you support a "back counting" policy?
