Emergency Lift Release Training

Do members have suitably trained employees to carry out emergency lift releases in the event that someone becomes trapped in a lift: if so what training do they recieve, who delivers it and how often is it provided. If not, are emergency releases carried out by somone else eg: lift engineers or fireservice personnel? If possible, could you also explain why you have taken this stance.
