PAT - Identifying Liabilities for external contractors

We operate through a number of Agencies. These are not owned by us and the staff are not our employees. We do however provide technology and other specific electrical equipment to enable them to do our work.

Question - where does liability lie for the integrity of this electrical equipment and if it is to be PAT tested should they be responsible for doing it or should we?
