Implementing a "Just Culture" - experiences please

A "Just Culture", the balance between "no blame" and "blame" is quoted as a vital element in improving safety by Air Traffic control and other industries.

We have decided to implement a "Just Culture" and would like to hear members experiences, good or bad, to inform our consultation exercise with unions and other stakeholders.
