Suitable material for Scaffolding - hazardous DSEAR Zones 0 1 and 2

Can anyone provide advice on the avoidance of sparks (ignition sources) during the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding in 'hazardous areas' designated under DSEAR as zone 0, 1 or 2, (i) For propane risks and (ii) for hydrogen risks?

Any information on the most suitable types of scaffolding materials would be most welcome.
