Question 605 March 2008

Lone Working in offices - rules

We recently moved to a new office which has no on site security presence out of hours. On Saturday mornings one of our customer service team works alone in the office taking phone calls. I would be interested to know if other Sheiiba members would allow this situation or do they have procedures which require say at least two people to be present.

We had a break in recently one weekend and are reviewing our risk assessment to identify further appropriate control measures.
