Communicating injury and investigation reports with employees

Best practice suggests that injury reports and investigation findings are shared with all affected employees. We are looking at ways of getting this information to all those employees potentially affected and are looking for ideas on how to do this in a practical way. We want to avoid sending everything to everybody but want to do more than just having information accessible via the intranet. We'd be interested in hearing how others go about doing this.
