Registers of Legal and Other Requirements - template please

As part of our review and on-going development of our SHE Management Systems, we are reviewing the way we produce the registers of legal and other requirements, used by our business in support of our ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations.


Would members be willing to provide examples of the template they use to gather this information and demonstrate compliance? This shouldn’t be restricted to the Facilities Management / Support Services industry we work within as we’re keen to see the template used and not necessarily the legal and other requirements members need to conform to.
