Question 566 June 2007

Provision of toilets for male and female employees in France - separate?

Does any member know the requirements for the provision of toilets in french retail outlets? As far as I was aware we only need to provide facilities for separate use. ie single lockable unit. I am being told if we have male and female employees separate provision must be available.
