Question 61 May 2001

Looking for a tool to study employee's attitudes/behaviour to ESH

We are looking to undertake a comprehensive study of our employee's (4000+) attitudes/behaviour to ESH and are seeking information on any commercially available products or services that others have knowledge of and preferably experience with. Our intention is to establish a baseline now with a view to repeating the study in about five years to determine change.

We have piloted the HSE climate tool but need knowledge of other approaches. However, experience of using the HSE climate tool will be of value.

Note also that we do have a budget to undertake this work.
