External Building Inspections Policy: who - how - how often

How do members carry out external inspections of major buildings and branches?
ie
1. Who carries out the inspections and what is their level of competency e.g. branch manager, building manager or surveyor?
2. How often are the inspections carried out?
3. How extensive are the inspections e.g. visually from the ground or are they viewed from a MEWP - Mobile Elevated Work Platform etc?
4. Do you have a written policy/procedure you are willing to share?
