Flame gas cutting carbon steels oxygen-propane / acetylene pressure gauge spec

I'm researching requirements on the use of oxygen / fuel-gas cutting equipment and am finding difficulty in obtaining a clear specification for the use of hose and cylinder pressure gauges, (in addition to pressure regulators). Yes, the HSE / BCGA guidance notes show two gauges in their diagrams, but I cannot find a clear written requirement. Can any member provide specific advice, please?
