Hepatitis B (HBV) inoculations for First Aiders.

Does any member offer inoculations against Hepatitis B (HBV) to First Aiders? If so, do you have a blanket approach or administer only when requested? Are they administered by the company, or by the individuals doctor? Do you restrict employees with HBV, or any other BBV from being a first aider?
