Has anyone written a biodiversity plan? (Biodiversity means the entire variety of life on Earth.
The plan is how a business ensures that it does not upset the balance nature by placing emphasis on threatened habitats and species. It also looks for opportunities to enhance e.g. by planting trees.)

If so what references did they use and are they willing to share the outcome?
