Behavioural safety. Achieving senior managers’ buy-in. (Usefulness of responses rated as 4 out of 5)

As part of a behavioural change programme, we recently asked our staff whether they thought all accidents were avoidable.

45% agreed they were.

But our managers are not demonstrating a high enough level of belief in accident prevention, and this apparent lack of buy-in is hindering our success in embedding the safety culture we are aiming for.

Has any other company done similar research and found ways to change senior managersí beliefs in the benefits of a behavioural safety culture.
