Question 442 April 2006

A total site ban on smoking - who has one and who not?

We operate numerous sites which have significant fire hazards and are considering a complete site ban on smoking. At some it will not be practicable for employees to leave the site for a quick smoke. Have any members implemented such a policy or have any experience they would care to share.
