Health and Safety Training - engaging senior employees after restructuring

My organisation within a FTSE 100 company has recently undergone a significant restructuring (three large companies merging to form one) which has been accompanied by the formation of a new Executive Team. Some members of the Executive Team have comparatively limited health and safety responsibility but now they are responsible for health and safety on major industrial sites, a large number of employees and significant hazards.

I have booked a day in their diaries to help enthuse them as health and safety leaders. Not wishing to re-invent the wheel has any member done something similar and would be prepared to share materials that would interest and enage very senior employees
