Hand vibration from vapour blasting - concerns and controls

To remove heat treatment burns on our products, we blast them with a jet of water + an abrasive the item being hand-held by a worker using 'through-gloves' into a sealed chamber.

We are experiencing a level of vibration exposure from this vapour blasting machine and wonder if other members have similar concerns and have found suitable control measures.
