Preparing for Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006

In preparation for the forthcoming Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 we are being urged to review all our policies for direct and indirect discrimination. Does any member anticipate any consequences from this legislation relating to their H&S policies, and if so, on what issues?
