Acute Business Areas - Fire/Risk/Emergency Procedures

Our Comms rooms/computer suites are controlled access, sterile areas and present a major fire risk. They contain large amounts of high value equipment and sensitive data.
We are writing a full risk procedure/manual that takes the above factors into account and would grateful for input from companies who have similar areas, which require an acute level of safety/ fire / emergency preparedness.
