Fire Evacuation for Disabled Persons

A member is currently formalising their procedures, to include formal Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEP) for staff with restricted mobility. Do any members have an example of a P.E.E.P, that they would be prepared to share? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
