DDA Compliance and Lifts

A member writes:

"I am trying to find out information regarding compliance with the DDA (The Disability Discrimination Act) and lifts. Do any members know if the act requires all lifts in buildings to have panels that provide both Braille and voice activation?"

"And if so, when do these changes need to be in place?"
