Involuntary Manslaughter

With the impending legislation 'we' want to improve our preparedness in the
(unlikely) event of a work related death or deaths. Have any companies revised their contingency plans with this in mind and /
or carried out any training of personnel who would be involved in
investigation by the police and regulatory authorities?
