The Working Time Regulations. Safety implications of Maximum Hours Opt Out.

Where members have arrangements for opting out of the 48 hour week do they:
1. Assess possible impact on risk from fatigue?
2. Identify any roles that are excluded due to possible safety implications?
3. Apply further controls such as internal maximum weekly or daily hours for opted out employees?
