Mobile phone use whilst driving - third parties

We are currently reviewing our policy on telephone conversations with customers, both general public and business to business clients, who are using a mobile phone whilst driving. Our employee safe driving policy prohibits use of any mobile communication device whilst driving unless in an emergency.

How do Sheiiba members respond?

E.g. Encourage or instruct employees to continue the conversation, enquire if they are hands free or politely end the call with an explanation.
