Blood decontamination of a production line

An employee accident on a food production line results in some bleeding onto line equipment. With concerns of contamination as well getting the local authorities to bless a restart-up of operations, this member asks
whether any company has developed a simple protocol - perhaps a checklist of procedures for decontamination and clean-up in order to get the line
back up and running?
